In Chile, hip hop is discovered in the 90's , when different groups appear.. like tiro de gracia, los tetas, makiza, etc.

Teenagers, in general, listen hip hop and they create different lyrics for their own songs.. They think that this is a type of escape of their problems or just a form to express what they feel.

The people criticizes hip hop for their lyrics, they say that are to "hard", they say that the lyrics teach bad customs and for this reason, they prohibits but they don't know that hip hop just say the truth.
